Create the new Universally Accessible Park in the City of Fresno through development of a 7.8 acre parcel. Construct a new community building, baseball/multi-purpose field, splash park, basketball court, play areas, skate park, dog park, story book corner, shaded picnic areas, sculpture garden, parking spaces, fencing, lighting, and landscaping.
